Park South Capital is a private investment firm making control and growth-equity investments in businesses we help build — bringing an operator's discipline, not just capital, across market cycles.
A private investment firm and single-family office, investing our own capital with conviction — and without the constraints of a fund cycle.
Park South Capital takes control and growth-equity positions in businesses across a focused set of sectors. Because we invest principal capital, we are free of fund timelines — able to hold, support, and build alongside the teams we back for as long as it takes.
We are operators before we are investors. Between us, our Partners have founded, financed, and led companies through more than three decades and multiple market cycles. That experience shapes how we underwrite, how we govern, and how we help management create durable value.
Our name comes from Central Park South in New York, where the firm was founded. It reflects how we prefer to work: long-term, relationship-driven, and quietly deliberate.
We back management teams and build durable businesses — rather than simply allocating capital.
We have built, bought, financed, and led companies ourselves. We bring that discipline to governance, capital allocation, and value creation — engaged partners, not passive holders.
From majority-control investments to structured and growth capital, we take meaningful positions and stay close to the businesses we back.
We invest our own capital. Free of fund timelines, we can support companies across cycles rather than around them.
We invest behind people first. Our aim is to build enduring companies in genuine partnership with the founders and teams who run them.
We concentrate on sectors where our operating experience gives us an edge — and where we can add more than money.
We are thesis-driven and founder-first. We make a small number of investments each year and commit deeply to each.
We would rather know a few companies well than screen thousands — and back the people building them for the long run.
When we invest, we bring an operator's perspective, because we have built and run companies ourselves, together with the patience of permanent capital. We care less about the shape of a deal than about the quality of the people and the durability of what they are building.
Because we invest our own capital as a single-family office, our process is direct. That means faster decisions, clearer answers, and a longer time horizon than most institutional investors can offer — a definitive yes, a straight no, or exactly what we would need to see.
A warm introduction, or a submission through this site. We screen every opportunity against our focus areas and stage.
We meet the team to understand the thesis, the market, the product, and what makes the moment right.
We dig in across the business, product and technology, financials, customers, and references — thorough, but founder-friendly.
We form an internal view. As principals, there is no committee or outside approval to navigate.
If it is a fit, we move to terms. Investing our own capital lets us decide quickly and with certainty of close.
We support well beyond the check: governance, introductions, recruiting, and follow-on capital across cycles.
Our diligence is rigorous but respectful of a founder's time. Depending on stage, it may include market mapping and sizing; product and technical review, including architecture and intellectual property; review of the financial model and unit economics; cohort, retention, and pipeline analysis; customer and partner reference calls; management and backchannel references; and legal, capitalization, and regulatory review.
We aim to be the most prepared investor in the room and the easiest to work with — direct about what we think, clear about what we need, and quick to a decision.

If you are building something exceptional in one of our focus areas, we would like to hear from you.
Send a short deck, one-pager, or executive summary — and a few lines on the team, the product, and where you are today.
Please keep it concise; we read everything that fits our focus. We review submissions on a rolling basis, and if there is a potential fit we will reach out. Given the volume we receive, we are not always able to respond to every submission individually.
Because materials cannot be attached securely through this website, please include a link to your deck or one-pager (for example, a DocSend, Google Drive, or Dropbox link). Do not upload files here.
Do not send confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information.
By submitting any materials to Park South Capital, you acknowledge and agree that: (1) the materials and their contents are non-confidential and non-proprietary and are provided without any obligation of confidentiality on our part; (2) we do not sign non-disclosure agreements in connection with unsolicited submissions; (3) we are under no obligation to review, evaluate, respond to, return, or act upon any submission; (4) we review many opportunities and may now or in the future review, evaluate, invest in, advise, or work with companies that are similar to or competitive with yours; (5) we and others may independently develop or receive similar ideas, concepts, or products, and nothing in your submission restricts or obligates us; (6) no submission creates any partnership, agency, fiduciary, advisory, joint-venture, employment, or other relationship, and no offer is made or implied by either party; (7) you represent that you have the right to share the materials, that doing so breaches no obligation to any third party, and that the submission violates no agreement to which you are bound; and (8) you grant Park South the right to review, evaluate, and retain the materials for its records, without any compensation to you.

This website and all information, text, graphics, and other materials contained on it (collectively, the "Site") are provided by Park South Capital and its affiliates (together, "Park South," "we," "us," or "our") for general informational purposes only. The Site is not intended to provide, and should not be relied upon for, investment, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, compliance, or any other advice, and does not constitute a recommendation of any kind. Nothing on the Site should be construed as a statement that any investment strategy or approach is suitable or appropriate for any person, or as an inducement to take (or refrain from taking) any action.
Nothing on the Site constitutes, or is intended to constitute, an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment product, fund interest, or other financial instrument, nor an offer to provide any investment or advisory service, in any jurisdiction. No such offer or solicitation will be made except by means of definitive documentation, in compliance with applicable law, and directed solely to eligible persons. Park South does not offer, sponsor, market, or sell any securities, funds, products, or services to the public or to any third party.
Park South Capital is a private single-family office. We invest, deploy, and manage the proprietary capital of the family and principals with whom we are affiliated only. Our activities are conducted for our own account. The Site describes our own principal investing activity and general point of view; it does not describe a business of providing services to, or managing assets on behalf of, any other person.
For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, Park South is not any of the following:
Park South relies on applicable exclusions and exemptions available to a single-family office (including, in the United States, the family office exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940). Because we act solely for our own account and for no clients, we are not required to be, and are not, registered in any of the foregoing capacities.
Park South does not have clients, does not manage, advise on, or accept money or assets of any third party, and does not solicit, pool, or accept outside capital of any kind. Park South does not offer or maintain any funds, products, accounts, or investment vehicles available to any investor or member of the public. No person who accesses this Site is, or will become, a client, investor, advisory client, or customer of Park South by virtue of that access or of any communication with us.
Park South does not provide investment advisory, financial planning, wealth management, brokerage, tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, compliance, or consulting services to any person. Any views, opinions, or descriptions of our approach expressed on the Site are our own, are general in nature, and are not tailored to the circumstances of any recipient. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of anything on the Site, and should consult your own professional advisers before making any decision.
As a general matter, Park South does not invest in, allocate to, or commit capital to third-party funds, pooled vehicles, or externally managed products, and does not act as a limited partner, fund investor, or allocator on behalf of any person. Our focus is direct, principal investment. Any exception is rare, made solely for our own account, and does not alter any statement in these notices.
No fiduciary, advisory, agency, or similar relationship is created between Park South and any visitor to the Site, and none should be inferred. Unsolicited information sent to us does not create any such relationship and, subject to Section 12, will not be treated as confidential unless separately agreed by us in writing.
